MARINELAB FAQS 

I would like to sign myself and my middle school son up in a MarineLab program.  How can I do that?
MarineLab programs are designed for groups only.  We'll take school groups, church groups, scouts, and family groups as long as there's a minimum of ten people.  Since these groups are cohesive, with chaperones responsible for every student in the group, we do not "add" individuals to an existing group. 

Okay, I want to bring a group.  What's the first step?
Call us at (800) 741-1139 and we'll let you know what's available.  For details, see our reservations page.  We only take reservations over the phone, not by mail, fax, or email.  Your dates will be confirmed when we receive a 20% deposit from you by a specified due date, depending on when your program is scheduled. 

How far in advance do I have to book?
We take reservations up to a year in advance.  Our busiest season is from mid-February to mid-August, with another shorter season in October and November. 

Do we need to know how to snorkel before we get there?
No, we will train the group to snorkel.  In fact, you don't even have to know how to swim to snorkel - it's just floating on the surface of the water!
